The invention discloses a construction method for connecting a steel concrete connecting section and a steel box girder, which comprises the following steps of: 1, hoisting the corresponding steel box girder to a corresponding position of the steel concrete connecting section, and leveling and correcting; secondly, the steel box girders, the steel concrete connecting sections and the external connecting parts of the adjacent steel box girders are welded, and preliminary connecting and fixing of the steel box girders are achieved; thirdly, the operation in the second step is repeated, meanwhile, constructors enter the steel box girders which are preliminarily connected and fixed, and welding operation is conducted on the steel concrete connecting sections and the inner connecting parts of the steel box girders; step 4, performing detection and defect repair on a completed welding spot welding seam; according to the construction method, the positioning parts are manufactured when the connecting ends of the steel concrete connecting sections and the steel box girder are prefabricated in a factory, and the problem that the steel box girder is difficult to position during hoisting is solved; and meanwhile, when the steel box girder is hoisted, welding operation of the steel box girder and the steel concrete connecting section is conducted synchronously, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
