Steel box girder segment splicing connection structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a steel box girder segment splicing and connecting structure and a construction method thereof. The steel box girder segment splicing and connecting structure comprises steel box girder segments and embedded corrugated plates. Transverse stiffening ribs, longitudinal stiffening ribs which penetrate through the transverse stiffening ribs and are vertically arranged and longitudinal inserting grooves which are used in cooperation with the embedded corrugated plates are welded to top plates and bottom plates of the steel box girder sections, and the embedded corrugated plates are installed in the longitudinal inserting grooves in the adjacent steel box girder sections. According to the steel box girder segment splicing and connecting structure, the embedded corrugated plates are inserted into the longitudinal inserting grooves of the adjacent steel box girder segments to achieve pre-splicing of the steel box girder segments before girth welding, and the connecting structure can help the steel box girder segments to keep no relative displacement in the further welding process; after the steel box girder is hoisted, a splicing line shape is achieved, and girth welding construction between girder sections is facilitated; and rapid pre-assembly of the segments in a non-welding mode is achieved, the segments do not need to be dismantled after ring welding, and the segments can serve as permanent stiffening ribs of the steel box girder.
