The pavement slab flatness adjusting method comprises the following steps that S1, an automatic tracking total station is arranged; s2, an automatic adjusting device is arranged at the position of the adjusting bolt; s3, the nth real-time elevation of each angular point is measured through the automatic tracking total station, the control terminal obtains the nth real-time elevation and then obtains the difference value between the nth real-time elevation and the design elevation in real time to serve as the adjustment stroke, the built-in control receiver controls the rotation direction and the rotation stroke of the torsion bar according to the adjustment stroke, the torsion bar and the adjustment bolt rotate synchronously in the same direction, and the adjustment stroke is adjusted. After the adjusting bolt rotates, the elevation of the angular point where the bolt is located is changed, and the (n + 1) th real-time elevation is obtained through the automatic tracking total station; and S4, the step S3 is repeated until the adjustment stroke meets the error requirement, and adjustment of the corner point of the pavement slab is finished. According to the method, automatic adjustment of the angular point elevation of the prefabricated pavement slab can be rapidly and accurately achieved, and bottleneck restricting factors in the installation process of the prefabricated pavement slab are effectively solved.
