By adopting the scheme to produce the water reducing agent, the production cost can be obviously reduced, and the benefit can be improved; compared with the prior art, the cost performance of the product can be improved, the market competitiveness of the product is improved, the performance of the prepared product is improved, the utilization rate of the water reducer material is improved, and energy and resource consumption is reduced.
