The invention discloses basalt fiber autoclaved aerated concrete as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The basalt fiber autoclaved aerated concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of cement, 60 to 80 parts of gravel, 5 to 15 parts of quick lime, 3 to 8 parts of gypsum, 0.1 to 0.5 part of basalt fiber, 0.1 to 0.5 part of aluminum source and 120 to 200 parts of water. The gravel is one or a mixture of more of quartz sand, river sand and building solid waste reclaimed sand; the aluminum source is aluminum powder; the gypsum is desulfurized gypsum; the forming part of the basalt fiber autoclaved aerated concrete is a batten or a building block. The basalt fiber autoclaved aerated concrete has the advantages of excellent nail-holding power, no cracking, facilitation of multi-position drilling and nailing connection, convenience and rapidness in disassembly and assembly, full-dry operation, high working efficiency and manpower saving, and the basalt fiber autoclaved aerated concrete is light in weight, high in strength, excellent in heat conductivity coefficient and good in heat insulation performance, and can be widely applied to non-bearing walls of buildings.
