Anti-oxidation silicon nitride fiber reinforced composite material, and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a preparation method of an anti-oxidation silicon nitride fiber reinforced composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a preform blank from silicon nitride fibers; (2) carrying out heating oxidation treatment on the preform blank prepared in step (1) to obtain a preform with an oxide layer on the surface; (3) carrying out precursor impregnation on the preform with the oxide layer on the surface, obtained in step (2), then carrying out cross-linking curing treatment, and finally carrying out cracking treatment to finish primary precursor impregnation drying treatment; and (4) repeating step (3) at least once to obtain the anti-oxidation silicon nitride fiber reinforced composite material. The preparation method can be usedfor preparing the fiber with good surface oxidation resistance and the composite material thereof, and can be applied to a wave-transparent system of a high-speed aircraft.
本发明涉及一种抗氧化的氮化硅纤维增强复合材料的制备方法。所述制备方法包括:(1)采用氮化硅纤维制备预制体坯件;(2)对步骤(1)制备得到的预制体坯件进行加热氧化处理,得到表面具有氧化层的预制体;(3)对步骤(2)得到的表面具有氧化层的预制体进行前驱体浸渍,然后进行交联固化处理,最后进行裂解处理,完成一次前驱体浸渍干燥处理;(4)重复步骤(3)至少一次,得到抗氧化的氮化硅纤维增强复合材料。该制备方法可以制备出表面抗氧化性好的纤维及其复合材料,可在高速飞行器透波系统中应用。
