The invention provides a preparation method of a microporous ceramic heating body and the microporous ceramic heating body. The preparation method of the microporous ceramic heating element comprises the following steps: 1) putting inorganic ceramic microspheres of 5-35 [mu] m into a sintering device, sintering at a high temperature of 1500-1750 DEG C to form semi-molten microspheres, and converging the semi-molten microspheres in a collection area under a vacuum condition or an inert gas condition; (2) setting the temperature of a collecting area to be 1000-1300 DEG C, and mixing the semi-molten microspheres and a filling agent in the collecting area according to the ratio of (0.8-1): (0.6-1.2) to form a high-temperature mixture; and 3) injecting the high-temperature mixture and nickel-based alloy powder into a mold according to a ratio of 10: (1-1.8), carrying out dry pressing, cooling and molding, sintering at the temperature of 800-1000 DEG C for 5-15 minutes after molding, and melting the filler to form the pure particle stacked microporous ceramic heating body.
本发明提供了一种微孔陶瓷发热体的制备方法及微孔陶瓷发热体,其中,微孔陶瓷发热体的制备方法包括:1)将5~35μm无机陶瓷微球放入在烧结装置中在温度为1500~1750℃下烧结高温烧制,形成半熔微球,在真空条件下或者惰性气体条件下将半熔微球汇聚在收集区;2)设置收集区的温度为1000~1300℃,在收集区将半熔微球与填料剂按照比例为0.8~1:0.6~1.2进行混合,形成高温混合料;3)将高温混合料和镍基合金粉末按照10:1~1.8的比例注射到模具,干压冷却成型,成型后在温度为800~1000℃下烧结5~15min,把填料剂融掉,形成纯颗粒堆积的微孔陶瓷发热体。
