The invention provides an aerogel composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of aerogel. Specifically, the composite aerogel comprises a polymer aerogel and an inorganic nano aerogel, wherein the polymer aerogel is an aerogel prepared from at least one of aramid fiber, poly (p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) and polyimide; the inorganic nano aerogel comprises silicon dioxide aerogel. According to the aerogel composite material, the inorganic nano aerogel permeates and is uniformly filled into gaps of the polymer aerogel, so that the aerogel composite material has good mechanical performance, heat insulation performance and high temperature resistance, can be applied to multiple fields of engineering fireproof materials or lithium ion battery packs and the like, and has a good application prospect.
本发明提供了一种气凝胶复合材料及其制备方法、应用,涉及气凝胶技术领域。具体而言,包括聚合物气凝胶和无机纳米气凝胶;其中,所述聚合物气凝胶为包括芳纶、聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑、聚酰亚胺中至少一种制得的气凝胶;所述无机纳米气凝胶包括二氧化硅气凝胶。本发明的气凝胶复合材料中无机纳米气凝胶渗透并均匀填充至聚合物气凝胶的间隙中,使气凝胶复合材料具有良好的机械性能、隔热性能和耐高温性能,可以用于工程防火材料或锂离子电池包体等多领域,具有良好的应用前景。
