Composite aerogel material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a composite aerogel material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the composite aerogel material comprises the following steps: preparing hydroxyapatite nanowires; and adding the hydroxyapatite nanowire into a mixed solution containing montmorillonite and polyvinyl alcohol, directionally freezing, and drying to obtain the composite aerogel. According to the preparation method, hydroxyapatite nanowires are used as an aerogel skeleton and compounded with montmorillonite nanosheets to form the composite aerogel material with a three-dimensional interpenetrating network structure, and the prepared composite aerogel material has excellent mechanical properties, good flame retardance and self-extinguishing performance and excellent heat preservation and heat insulation performance; therefore, a new choice is provided for developing a novel heat insulation material.
本发明公开了一种复合气凝胶材料及其制备方法和应用,该复合气凝胶材料的制备包括以下步骤:制备羟基磷灰石纳米线;将所述羟基磷灰石纳米线加入含有蒙脱土和聚乙烯醇的混合溶液中,定向冷冻后干燥,制得复合气凝胶。该制备方法利用羟基磷灰石纳米线作为气凝胶骨架,与蒙脱土纳米片复合形成具有三维互穿网络结构的复合气凝胶材料,制备的复合气凝胶材料具有优异的力学性能、良好的阻燃性能和自熄性能,出色的保温隔热性能,从而为发展新型隔热保温材料提供了新的选择。
