The invention belongs to the technical field of garbage cleaning, and discloses a garbage cleaning amphibious bionic robot which comprises a driving vehicle body, a floating air bag, a garbage collecting part, a shifting wheel adjusting part and a front wheel plate, and a stock bin is formed in one end of the driving vehicle body; floating air bags are arranged on the two sides of the driving vehicle body, and an inflation pump on the driving vehicle body communicates with the two floating air bags through pipelines; the garbage collecting part is hinged to one end of the driving vehicle body; the shifting wheel adjusting piece is fixedly connected between rear driving wheels of the driving vehicle body; the front wheel plate is arranged at one end of the driving vehicle body and fixedly connected with the driving vehicle body through a plurality of hydraulic telescopic columns. Water control can be conducted on garbage collected in a water path through the water filtering sieve plate, the dryness of the collected garbage is kept, the situation that the water in the collected garbage is too much, and consequently driving and using of the driving vehicle body are affected is avoided, the water filtering sieve plate is driven by the electric telescopic rod to ascend, descend, be stored and adjusted, and the water-controlled garbage can be conveniently discharged and used through the transmission discharging auger; and the garbage discharging efficiency of the device is improved.
