In the traditional PIP process of the fiber-reinforced silicon nitride composite material, a polysilazane precursor used for dipping-curing has certain viscosity, a novel polysilazane curing treatment method is adopted, and the precursor is subjected to high-pressure action, so that polysilazane can be fully dipped into a silicon nitride fiber preform, and the fiber-reinforced silicon nitride composite material is obtained. According to the preparation method, the silicon nitride fiber preform can obtain a high-density state after being impregnated and cured by the polysilazane precursor, and the improvement of the curing process ensures that the silicon nitride fiber reinforced silicon nitride composite material with low porosity and high performance can be obtained in the subsequent multi-impregnation-curing-cracking composite process.
