The invention discloses a flat ceramic membrane and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of ceramic filter membranes. Specifically, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) distributing first powder to obtain a bottom layer blank; (2) the first powder in a preset area of the bottom-layer blank is removed, a plurality of grooves are formed in the bottom-layer blank, and the grooves penetrate through the bottom-layer blank in the first direction of the bottom-layer blank; (3) distributing a second powder material into the groove to obtain a middle green body; (4) distributing first powder on the middle green body to form a surface layer to obtain a surface layer green body; (5) pressing, drying and firing the surface layer green body to obtain a flat plate ceramic membrane; wherein the second powder is burnt off in the firing process, and a hollow channel of the flat plate ceramic membrane is formed. By implementing the method, the production efficiency of the flat plate ceramic membrane can be effectively improved, and the cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种平板陶瓷膜及其制备方法，涉及陶瓷过滤膜技术领域。具体的，制备方法包括：(1)将第一粉料布料，得到底层坯体；(2)将所述底层坯体预设区域内的第一粉料去除，在所述底层坯体上形成多条凹槽，所述凹槽沿所述底层坯体的第一方向贯穿所述底层坯体；(3)将第二粉料布料到所述凹槽中，得到中间坯体；(4)采用第一粉料在所述中间坯体上布料形成面层，得到面层坯体；(5)将所述面层坯体压制、干燥、烧成，得到平板陶瓷膜；其中，所述第二粉料在烧成过程中被烧除，形成平板陶瓷膜的中空通道。实施本发明，可有效提升平板陶瓷膜的生产效率，降低其成本。
