The embodiment of the invention discloses a plate surface flatness control construction method which adopts a plate surface flatness control device and comprises the steps that a supporting structure is connected with the bottom end of a connecting screw rod, an adjusting nut assembly comprises a first adjusting nut and a second adjusting nut, and the first adjusting nut and the second adjusting nut are sequentially arranged on the connecting screw rod in a sleeving mode from top to bottom; one end of the round steel is connected with the second adjusting nut, and the round steel is perpendicular to the connecting screw; the method comprises the following steps: after a plate surface template is mounted, leveling the flatness of the plate surface template and checking and accepting the plate surface template; after the flatness of the beam plate formwork is leveled and accepted to be qualified, beam plate steel bars are bound; the method comprises the following steps of: checking and accepting beam plate templates and steel bar concealment, arranging a plate surface flatness control device on a template plate surface after the beam plate templates and the steel bar concealment pass the checking and accepting and before pouring concrete, then adjusting round steel of the plate surface flatness control device to a concrete pouring elevation, and abutting and fixing second adjusting nuts by rotating first adjusting nuts; and plate surface concrete is poured to the round steel surface marking line.
