Ultrahigh-density neutron radiation prevention concrete and construction method thereof
The invention discloses ultrahigh-density neutron-radiation-resistant concrete and a construction method thereof. The radiation concrete is prepared from cement, fly ash, magnetite sand, magnetite ore, water, an anti-cracking agent and a water reducing agent which are mixed in proportion. According to the construction method, ice water of 0-5 DEG C is adopted for mixing, and the mold entering temperature is controlled to be lower than 30 DEG C; layered and segmented pouring is adopted; after pouring is completed, the side surface of the concrete is cured through a wood formwork with a formwork, the formwork is covered with heat preservation cotton fibers, the heat preservation curing time is not shorter than 14 d, the surface of the concrete is wetted after a wall is demoulded, then the concrete is pasted with a water energy thin film, then geotechnical cloth is covered for heat preservation, and the temperature drop rate of the concrete is effectively controlled. Meanwhile, a wireless monitoring system is adopted to monitor temperature and deformation in real time, and real-time remote monitoring and early warning are achieved. The ultrahigh-density anti-neutron radiation concrete provided by the invention has relatively high density and anti-cracking performance, and is simpler and more convenient to construct.
