Ethylene oxide and/or epoxypropane are/is introduced under the anaerobic condition, heating is performed for a ring-opening polymerization reaction, and after the reaction is finished, glycidol is introduced for polymerization end capping. Monomethylallyl glycol ether and propylene glycol monoallyl ether are selected as initiators to prepare the polyether macromonomer, the polyether monomer is terminated by utilizing glycidol, the prepared novel polyether macromonomer with the end group containing dihydroxyl is low in reaction temperature sensitivity compared with a conventional polyether macromonomer, polymerization at different environment temperatures can be achieved, and the preparation process is simple and convenient. The prepared concrete slump retaining agent has more excellent slump retaining performance.
本发明涉及一种含双羟基封端的聚醚大单体及其制备方法与应用,一种含双羟基封端的聚醚大单体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:以2‑(4‑乙烯氧基丁氧基)乙醇为起始剂,在催化剂作用下,无氧条件下通入环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷加热进行开环聚合反应,反应结束后通入环氧丙醇进行聚合反应封端。本发明选用单甲基烯丙基乙二醇醚和丙二醇单烯丙基醚为起始剂制聚醚大单体,并利用利用环氧丙醇对聚醚单体封端,制得的端基含双羟基的新型聚醚大单体,较常规聚醚大单体对反应温度的敏感度低,能够实现不同环境温度的聚合,制备的混凝土保坍剂具有更优异的保坍性能。
