The flame-retardant odorless environment-friendly multifunctional modified asphalt provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 70 to 94 percent of petroleum asphalt, 3 to 10 percent of waste plastic and waste rubber, 0.8 to 2.9 percent of bio-based stabilizer material, 0.2 to 4.5 percent of flame retardant and 0.3 to 3.8 percent of odorless agent. The bio-based stabilizer material provided by the invention is used as a raw material for preparing the modified asphalt, so that the performance of the modified asphalt is enhanced, and pungent smell emitted in the production process of the modified asphalt can be reduced.
