The invention belongs to the field of engineering and material science, and provides a metal-fiber reinforced resin-based composite material which comprises a metal pipe, an adhesive and a fiber reinforced resin-based composite material (FRP) rib material, the metal pipe is arranged on the outer side of the FRP rib material in a sleeving mode, and the adhesive is filled between the metal pipe and the FRP rib material; the FRP rib material takes fiber as a reinforcement body and resin as a matrix; the FRP rib material is of a solid or hollow structure; the metal pipe is provided with threads or not provided with threads; the metal pipe body is open at two ends or closed at one end. In the manufacturing process, the semi-solidified FRP rib material is inserted into the metal pipe, the adhesive is applied in the modes of gravity glue pouring, pressure glue pouring and the like, a certain normal force is applied to a bonding interface in the modes of warm drawing or pressurization and the like, and the fiber cloth is bonded to the outer portion of the metal pipe so as to meet the requirements for strength improvement and corrosion prevention. The performance of the metal and the FRP can be brought into full play, the preparation method is simple, designability is high, anchoring is convenient, and the manufacturing cost is low.
本发明属于工程与材料科学领域,提供了一种金属‑纤维增强树脂基复合材料,包括:金属管材、胶黏剂和纤维增强树脂基复合材料(FRP)筋材,所述金属管材套装在FRP筋材外侧,所述金属管材、FRP筋材之间填充有胶黏剂;所述FRP筋材以纤维为增强体,树脂为基体;所述FRP筋材为实心或中空结构;所述金属管材带有螺纹或不带螺纹;金属管材管体为两端开口或一端封闭。制作时将半固化FRP筋材插入金属管材,采用重力灌胶、压力灌胶等方式施加胶黏剂,通过温拉或加压等方式,对粘结界面施加一定法向力,在金属管材外部粘贴纤维布以达到提高强度和防腐要求。本发明能够充分发挥金属和FRP两种材料的性能,制备方法简单,可设计性强,方便锚固,造价低廉。
