The ship lift anti-collision beam hydraulic system comprises an oil tank and a motor, the oil tank comprises an oil return path and a supply path, the oil return path and the supply path are communicated in series through a pipeline, a safety valve is arranged on the pipeline, and the pipeline is divided into a supply pipeline and an oil return pipeline through the safety valve; a variable pump and a first one-way valve are sequentially connected to the supply pipeline in series, and the variable pump is arranged close to the oil tank and driven by the motor. A first ball valve is arranged at the output end of the one-way valve; a pressure compensator is communicated between the output end of the first ball valve and the oil inlet of the proportional reversing valve; the oil return pipeline is communicated with a second one-way valve, and the input end of the second one-way valve and an oil way communicated between the first ball valve and the pressure compensator are communicated with a cartridge valve set in parallel. A hydraulic loop for driving the piston rod of the oil cylinder to push out the anti-collision beam to descend is changed into a differential loop, so that the descending time of the anti-collision beam is greatly prolonged, the navigation efficiency of the ship lift is improved, and the system configuration and cost are reduced.
