According to the technical scheme, the municipal engineering road laying structure is characterized by comprising first fixing seats arranged on the two sides of the two ends of a pre-laid road section, a second fixing seat is arranged on the side, close to each other, between the first fixing seats at the two ends, and a plurality of T-shaped inserting grooves are formed in the upper surfaces of the inner sides of the first fixing seats and the upper surfaces of the inner sides of the second fixing seats; positioning pins are inserted into the middle parts of the upper surfaces of the inner sides of the first fixing seat and the second fixing seat; therefore, the pavement template is simpler and more convenient to disassemble and assemble, the labor capacity of pavement paving personnel is reduced, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that uneven pits are formed in the pavement in the process of waiting for drying of the cement pavement is reduced.
