When two reinforcing steel bars need to be pulled close, the distance between the two first clamping shafts is adjusted through the first movable mechanism, the range of acting force applied to the reinforcing steel bars by the first clamping shafts is a contact line, and local bending of the reinforcing steel bars during adjustment can be effectively avoided.
