Positioning device and positioning method for pier column steel bar protection layer
The invention discloses a positioning device and a positioning method for a pier column steel bar protective layer. The positioning device comprises a first rotating rod, a second rotating rod, a telescopic rod, a pin shaft and a steel nail, the first rotating rod, the second rotating rod and the telescopic rod are all perpendicular to the axis of the pin shaft, and one end of the first rotating rod, one end of the second rotating rod and one end of the telescopic rod are all hinged to the pin shaft. The other end part of the first rotating rod and the other end part of the second rotating rod are respectively connected with an upper meshing piece and a lower meshing piece which are used for meshing stirrups; the other end of the telescopic rod is connected with a middle meshing piece used for meshing with a main rib. According to the positioning method, two adjacent stirrups are engaged through a first rotating rod and a second rotating rod which are symmetrical, then a main reinforcement located between the two stirrups is engaged through a telescopic rod, so that the telescopic rod forms a reference object perpendicular to the outer surface of a pier column reinforcement cage, and a steel nail is welded to the main reinforcement by referring to the axis of the telescopic rod; therefore, the steel nails are perpendicular to the outer surface of the pier column reinforcement cage.
