The invention relates to a preparation method and process of a hyperbranched viscosity reduction type polycarboxylate water reducer for concrete. The preparation method of the hyperbranched monomer comprises the following steps: carrying out double bond addition or Michael addition reaction on acrylate and allyl amine or alkylol amine substances; reacting in an organic solvent under a high-temperature condition to obtain an intermediate monomer; reacting the intermediate monomer with a polyhydroxyl containing monomer, keeping on reacting to obtain different types of hyperbranched functional monomers; grafting a hyperbranched functional monomer, unsaturated carboxylic acid and an ester monomer containing a hydrophobic group to a TPEG macro-monomer with a molecular weight of 1200 or 2400 through free radical polymerization so as to obtain the hyperbranched viscosity reduction type polycarboxylate water reducer. The viscosity reduction type water reducer is small in molecular weight, contains hydrophobic groups and hyperbranched structures, and has a very good viscosity reduction effect on the basis of good dispersity and slump holding performance.
本发明涉及一种混凝土用超支化降粘型聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法及工艺。超支化类单体的制备是将丙烯酸酯类与烯丙基胺或者醇胺类物质通过双键加成或者迈克尔加成反应,在有机溶剂和高温条件下反应得到中间单体,中间单体再与含多羟基单体反应继续反应即得不同种类的超支化功能单体,将超支化功能单体与不饱和羧酸、含憎水性基团的酯类单体通过自由基聚合接到分子量为1200或2400的TPEG大单体上,即可得到一种超支化降粘型聚羧酸减水剂。该降粘型减水剂分子量小,含有憎水基团以及超支化结构,在拥有良好的分散性和坍落度保持性的基础上拥有很好的降粘效果。
