The gypsum-based spraying mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75 to 85 parts of phosphorus building gypsum powder, 1 to 5 parts of glass chopped fiber, 5 to 10 parts of mixed aggregate, 5 to 10 parts of cement, 2 to 3 parts of slaked lime, 2 to 5 parts of quick lime, 1 to 5 parts of fly ash and 5 to 10 parts of chemical additive, the glass chopped fibers are added, gaps among ardealite crystals are filled with the glass fibers, meanwhile, the glass fibers are good in tensile property, the breaking strength of the mortar is improved, the breaking strength of the mortar with the glass fibers added is greatly improved, the aggregate is the mixed aggregate composed of the lightweight aggregate, the fine sand and the coarse aggregate, and therefore the lightweight ardealite mortar has the advantages that the lightweight ardealite mortar is high in strength and good in durability. On the basis of the fine sand, the vitrified micro beads and the blast furnace cinder are added, so that the sprayed mortar is high in water retention rate, strong in base layer bonding force, free of shrinkage and high in sagging resistance, hollowing and cracking of the mortar are effectively avoided, and the engineering quality is improved.
