According to the invention, the composite curing material composed of the cement and the industrial byproduct gypsum is utilized, the American water is used as the dispersing agent, and the stirring equipment is improved, so that the problems of insufficient fluidity and insufficient age strength during preparation of the fluid-state cured soil from the cohesive soil are solved under the conditions of no particle filler and no need of high-speed stirring; the preparation of the cohesive soil-based flow-state solidified soil is realized, and the cohesive soil flow-state solidified soil technology is efficient, economical and stable.
