The invention relates to the field of constructional engineering materials, and particularly discloses flow-state solidified soil and a preparation method thereof. The flow-state solidified soil comprises sludge and a curing agent, the water content of the sludge is 100%, and the weight part ratio of the sludge to the curing agent is 100: (7-12); the curing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 74-85 parts of granulated blast furnace slag; 17 to 23 parts of anhydrite; 7 to 14 parts of high belite sulphoaluminate cement clinker; 20 to 26 parts of loofah sponge; and 14 to 18 parts of bone glue. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the raw materials in the curing agent to prepare the curing agent; water is added into the sludge, the water content is controlled to be 100%, and homogenization is conducted; and adding the curing agent into the sludge, and uniformly mixing. The flow-state solidified soil disclosed by the invention has relatively good flowability and mechanical strength at the same time.
