The invention discloses flow-state solidified soil and a preparation method thereof, and the flow-state solidified soil comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 95-99 parts by dry weight of engineering residue soil, 1-5 parts of polyphenyl particles, 5-20 parts of industrial waste residues, 1-10 parts of cement, 1-8 parts of industrial byproduct gypsum, 1-6 parts of tung oil, 0.3-1.2 parts of a compound water reducing agent and 0.2-1.5 parts of an exciting agent, the compound water reducing agent is a mixture formed by a polymethyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid copolymer and one or more of sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium carbonate, sodium phosphate and sodium oxalate. The flow-state solidified soil provided by the invention not only is good in flowing property, but also is small in shrinkage rate and good in cracking resistance in a drying process.
本发明公开了一种流态固化土及其制备方法，流态固化土包括以下重量份的原料组分：工程渣土以干重计95～99份，聚苯颗粒1～5份，工业废渣5～20份，水泥1～10份，工业副产物石膏1～8份，桐油1～6份，复配减水剂0.3～1.2份，激发剂0.2～1.5份，其中，所述复配减水剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯‑甲基丙烯酸共聚物与六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、碳酸钠、磷酸钠、草酸钠中的一种或多种形成的混合物。本发明提供的流态固化土不但流动性能好，而且干燥过程中收缩率小、抗开裂性好。
