The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to low-carbon premixed dry-mixed mortar which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50-70 parts of sand, 5-9 parts of cement, 10-19 parts of a solid waste-based cementing material and 0.5-2 parts of an additive, the invention also provides a preparation method of the low-carbon premixed dry-mixed mortar. The preparation method comprises the following steps: A, weighing the components for later use; b, drying and sieving the sand; c, the solid waste-based cementing material is put into grinding equipment to be pretreated; d, adding sand, cement, an additive and the pretreated solid waste-based cementing material into a stirring container, and stirring to obtain mixed powder; e, the mixed powder is poured into a mixing machine to be mixed, and the low-carbon dry-mixed mortar is obtained. The low-carbon dry-mixed mortar disclosed by the invention is low in cement content and high in solid waste-based cementing material content, the production cost is further reduced, and the low-carbon dry-mixed mortar conforms to the current double-carbon development concept.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种低碳预拌干混砂浆,按质量份数计,包括50~70份砂、5~9份水泥、10~19份固废基胶凝材料、0.5~2份外加剂;还提出了一种低碳预拌干混砂浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:A、称取各组分备用;B、将砂进行烘干、过筛;C、将固废基胶凝材料放入粉磨设备中进行预处理;D、将砂、水泥、外加剂、经过预处理的固废基胶凝材料加入到搅拌容器中搅拌,得到混合粉料;E、将混合粉料倒入混合机中混合,得到低碳干混砂浆。本发明的低碳干混砂浆含水泥量低,含固废基胶凝材料高,进一步降低了生产成本,符合当前“双碳”发展理念。
