A preparation method for premixed dry-mixed mortar comprises the following steps: sand pretreatment: feeding sand into a dehydration part for dehydration; feeding the dehydrated sand into a drying furnace to further remove moisture; sand is separately assembled for use according to the particle size; auxiliary material preparation: putting cement, thickening powder, slag powder and fly ash into corresponding storage bins for later use; weighing the sand and the auxiliary materials according to the formula; the weighed sand and auxiliary materials are fed into a mixing machine to be stirred and mixed; feeding the mixed finished product mortar into a finished product storage bin for product packaging or bulk packaging; in the step 2, all or part of the fly ash is replaced by the recycled powder. The method has the advantages that part or all of the fly ash is replaced with the recycled powder, the recycled powder is waste residues generated in the asphalt manufacturing process, the storage amount is sufficient, the recycled powder is easy to obtain, the situation that the fly ash is replaced with the recycled powder conforms to the general trend of coal-to-gas, it can be guaranteed that auxiliary materials are sufficient in the future, and production and manufacturing of the dry-mixed mortar are guaranteed.
