According to the rail drilling device, the drilling trolley is adopted, in the actual use process, during operation, a worker only needs to sleeve the periphery of a rail needing to be drilled with the drilling trolley, and then the drilling trolley can be accurately moved to an area needing to be operated through operation of the driving motor and the displacement sensor; and then drilling operation on the rail can be achieved through corresponding fixing and drill bit running, in the whole operation, only the device needs to be placed by personnel, no personnel operation is needed in the follow-up process, operation is very convenient, the frequent participation amount of the personnel is reduced, and the rail drilling device has the advantage of being easy to operate.
