RAIL DRILLING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a rail drilling apparatus. According to the present invention, only one operator is able to strongly, stably, and easily fix the rail drilling apparatus to a rail and perform drilling operation so that the present invention is able to improve an operation environment, an efficiency of drilling operation, and economic feasibility by reducing operation personnel. The rail drilling apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an apparatus bracket; a switching magnet fixing unit provided at one side of the apparatus bracket, and detachably fixed to the rail by magnetic force; and a drill apparatus provided at the other side of the apparatus bracket, and provided to have a drill blade face a side surface of a vertical portion of the rail.
본 발명은 1인 작업자이더라도 레일 천공 장치를 레일에 견고하고 안정적이며 용이하게 고정하여 천공 작업을 실행할 수 있도록 하여 작업환경을 개선하고, 천공작업의 능률을 향상시키며, 작업 인원을 감축할 수 있어 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있는 레일 천공 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 레일 천공 장치에 있어서, 장치 브라켓; 상기 장치 브라켓의 일측에 구비되고 자력에 의해 레일에 부착 및 탈락가능하게 고정되는 스위칭자석 고정유닛; 및 상기 장치 브라켓의 타측에 구비되되, 드릴 날이 레일의 수직부 측면을 향하도록 구비되는 드릴 장치;를 포함하는 레일 천공 장치가 제공된다.
