The present invention relates to a rail drilling apparatus which can be securely, stably, and easily fixed to a rail even by one worker to perform drilling work. Therefore, the rail drilling apparatus can improve a work environment, improve drilling work efficiency, and reduce the number of workers, thereby improving economic efficiency. Provided according to the present invention is a rail drilling apparatus comprising: an apparatus bracket; a switching magnet fixing unit disposed on one side of the apparatus bracket and detachably fixed to a rail by magnetic force; and a drill device disposed on an other side of the apparatus bracket such that a drill blade faces toward a side surface of a vertical part of the rail.
