The invention discloses early-stage anti-cracking ultra-high performance concrete and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that firstly, a biomass material is washed and dried, the dried biomass material is placed in a muffle furnace to be calcined and then ground, and biomass incineration ash is obtained; then replacing a part of the silica fume with the biomass incineration ash according to the standard mix proportion of the ultra-high performance concrete, and mixing and stirring to obtain early-stage anti-cracking ultra-high performance concrete slurry to be poured; pouring the stirred fresh concrete slurry into a mold, putting the mold into a standard curing chamber for preliminary curing, then demolding to obtain a test block, sealing the demolded test block with a preservative film, and putting the test block in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity environment for curing for 28 days to obtain the early-stage anti-cracking ultra-high-performance concrete test block. According to the invention, the pollution of agricultural solid wastes such as biomass incineration ash to the environment can be reduced, meanwhile, part of cement can be replaced, the cost is saved, the energy consumption is reduced, and good economic benefits and social benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种早期防开裂超高性能混凝土及其制备方法,首先将生物质材料冲洗、烘干,将烘干的生物质材料置于马弗炉中煅烧,然后粉磨,得到生物质焚烧灰;之后按照超高性能混凝土基准配合比,将其中部分硅灰替换为生物质焚烧灰,进行拌合搅拌,得到待浇筑的早期防开裂超高性能混凝土浆料;将上述搅拌好的新鲜混凝土浆倒入模具中,置于标准养护室中进行初步养护后脱模,得到试块,将脱模后的试块用保鲜膜密封并置于恒定温度和湿度环境下养护至28d,即得到早期防开裂超高性能混凝土试块。本发明不仅能够减轻生物质焚烧灰等农业固体废弃物对环境造成的污染,同时能替代部分水泥,节约成本,降低能耗,具有很好的经济效益与社会效益。
