Preparation method of thin-film ceramic atomizing core
The invention discloses a preparation method of a thin-film ceramic atomizing core. The preparation method comprises three steps of porous ceramic preparation, thin-film heating body preparation and subsequent heat treatment. The porous ceramic is prepared into a porous ceramic matrix with the pore diameter of 5-50 microns, the porosity of 45-80% and a smooth and flat surface; the preparation of the film heating body comprises the following steps of: placing the porous ceramic substrate in a vacuum sputtering coating machine, generating glow discharge through direct current/radio frequency voltage, and sputtering and depositing a plurality of layers of electrode materials on the surface of the ceramic substrate; and the ceramic atomization core product is obtained through a subsequent heat treatment process. The preparation method is a whole set of simple and convenient preparation process with a wide application range; through a vacuum sputtering process, the preparation cost is low, the resistance value consistency is high, and large-scale manufacturing is facilitated; the prepared atomizing core is fragrant and sweet in taste in the smoking process and is not attenuated; the ceramic atomizing core is less in surface carbon deposition after wet burning and long in service life.
本发明公开了一种薄膜陶瓷雾化芯的制备方法,包括有多孔陶瓷制备、薄膜发热体制备及后续热处理三个步骤;其多孔陶瓷制备孔径在5~50μm、孔隙率45~80%之间不同分布、表面光滑平整的多孔陶瓷基体;薄膜发热体制备是将多孔陶瓷基体置于真空溅射镀膜机内,通过直流/射频电压产生辉光放电,将多层电极材料溅射沉积至陶瓷基体表面;再经过后续热处理工艺后得到陶瓷雾化芯产品。本发明是一整套简便,适用范围广的制备工艺;通过真空溅射工艺制备成本低,阻值一致性高、适用于大批量制造;且制得的雾化芯抽吸过程中口感香甜、无衰减;该陶瓷雾化芯湿烧后表面积碳少,使用寿命长。
