The preparation method of the thin-film ceramic atomization core comprises the following steps: S1, sputtering a first transition layer on ceramic, and then sputtering a first protection layer on the first transition layer; or sputtering a first protective layer on the ceramic, and then sputtering a first transition layer on the first protective layer; s2, sputtering a heating film on the first protective layer or the first transition layer; s3, electrode slurry is printed on the heating film, sintering and annealing are carried out, and a ceramic material containing an electrode part is obtained; and S4, shielding the electrode part, and sputtering an anti-oxidation layer on the heating film to obtain a product. According to the thin-film ceramic atomizing core prepared by the preparation method, the film layer is uniform in heating and large in heating area, atomized liquid can be uniformly evaporated and atomized, and the service life of the thin-film ceramic atomizing core is prolonged.
