The construction method comprises the steps that S1, a set of symmetrical wedge-shaped grooves are dug in the two sides of a construction area; s2, a plurality of prefabricated cover plates are transversely arranged and placed in the wedge-shaped grooves, through openings of the prefabricated cover plates are connected end to end, placement of the prefabricated cover plates is completed, and supporting rods are vertically placed below the prefabricated cover plates; s3, after the bottoms of the long edges of the prefabricated cover plates are smeared with water stop glue, the outer sides of the long edges of the prefabricated cover plates and the joints where the prefabricated cover plates are connected end to end are subjected to caulking through asphalt layers, and water prevention of the prefabricated cover plates is completed; the vent hole serves as a vent hole; the vent hole can be used for multiple purposes and is also used for detecting the pouring condition of the upper pouring layer, horizontal penetrating construction can be effectively achieved through the prefabricated cover plate, backfill soil can be backfilled in advance, the post-pouring belt is poured in high-temperature weather, the hardening time can be shortened, and cracks of the post-pouring belt in the hardening process can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种沉降后浇带施工方法,S1,在施工区域两侧挖设一组对称的楔形凹槽;S2,将若干个预制盖板横向排列放置在楔形凹槽中,将预制盖板的贯通口首尾相连,完成预制盖板的放置,并在预制盖板下方垂直放置支撑杆;S3,在预制盖板长边底部涂抹止水胶后,并在预制盖板长边外侧及预制盖板首尾相连的接缝处采用沥青层进行嵌缝,完成预制盖板的防水;其作为排气孔;排气孔可进行一孔多用,也用于检测上浇筑层的浇筑状况,通过预制盖板不仅实现了能够有效实现水平穿插施工,可将回填土提前进行回填,并且后浇带在高温天气下浇筑,不仅能够缩短硬化时间,还能够减少后浇带在硬化过程中出现裂缝。
