The invention discloses a cast-in-place concrete slab culvert trolley construction method based on a short line matching method, which comprises the following steps: S1) culvert body pouring: laying a culvert body trolley on a culvert foundation, fixing a culvert body template by using the culvert body trolley, and carrying out culvert body pouring; (S2) suspension of the culvert body formwork is conducted, specifically, the culvert body formwork is suspended through a transmission assembly on a culvert body bearing assembly; (S3) covering construction is conducted, specifically, a cover plate trolley is installed, cover plate steel bars are bound, cover plate concrete is poured, and the concrete is cured after pouring is completed; s4) assembling a next section of pouring cavity: removing the mold of the cover plate by using the disc buckle bracket, and moving the cover plate trolley to a next section to be constructed for construction after the mold is removed; and (S5) the step (S1) to the step (S4) are repeated till construction of the whole cover plate and the culvert body is completed. By means of short line matching, the engineering quality is improved, and the construction period is shortened.
