A cold source system and a heat source system are arranged at intervals to form a combined system, thermal insulation material systems are arranged on the two sides of the combined system, the combined system is located in a device box, the inner space of the combined system is filled with an inner soil layer, and the area of the inner soil layer is connected with an inner soil body water content adjusting system. A device box cavity outside the combined system is filled with an external soil layer, and an external soil layer area is connected with an external soil body water content adjusting system; pile foundations are arranged on the two sides of the combined system respectively, the upper ends of the pile foundations are connected with the upper structure, pile foundation strain gauges are arranged on the pile foundations, displacement meters, water content probes and soil pressure boxes are arranged in the internal soil layer area and the external soil layer area, and soil layer settlement marks are arranged on the upper portion of the external soil layer area. The device and the method not only can realize the integrated test of non-uniform frost heaving and thaw collapse of soil bodies with different water contents, but also are simple and easy to implement, convenient to operate, low in cost and short in period.
