Parallel slideways are arranged inside and outside a ceiling of the skylight, and a solar panel or a transparent skylight is detachably mounted and can slide on internal and external slideway grooves in a manual and electric control window manner through peripheral rubber grooves of the solar panel or the transparent skylight. The slidable double-layer skylight can be a transparent product or a solar cell panel, or can be a combination of the transparent product and the solar cell panel. And the cell panel is provided with an output line which is connected with a transformer, a rectifier, an inverter, a controller, a touch screen type plane computer, a network television back chair, an electric component and a product in the vehicle or vessel for use.
