The invention relates to a mobile parking space and a vehicle carrying system. The mobile parking space is used for crossing a longitudinal track to move transversely and comprises a vehicle body; and the walking component is rotationally connected with the vehicle body, the connecting position of the walking component corresponds to the opening of the longitudinal rail, and the walking component is used for penetrating through the opening of the longitudinal rail to transversely move. According to the mobile parking space and the vehicle carrying system, the connecting positions of the walking parts of the mobile parking space correspond to the openings of the longitudinal rails of the parking space, so that in the process of parking and taking a vehicle in the inner side parking space, the vehicle can be moved transversely through the mobile parking space; the walking part penetrates through the longitudinal rail through the opening of the longitudinal rail to load the vehicle to move transversely, so that a longitudinal moving channel can be reserved for the vehicle carrier, the situation that the vehicle carrier needs to move the vehicle firstly to leave the moving channel is avoided, and the parking and taking efficiency of the parking space on the inner side is improved.
