The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a method for reinforcing a concrete column after crossing a floor layer, which comprises the following steps: chiseling away concrete at a position where first longitudinal angle steel penetrates through the floor layer, and then mounting the first longitudinal angle steel and a main batten plate. When steel-encased reinforcement is carried out on the position of the frame beam, split bolt holes are drilled in the height direction of the frame beam, then the second longitudinal angle steel with the corresponding length is cut according to the height of the frame beam, and the cut second longitudinal angle steel is fixed to the two sides of the frame beam through split screws. After the second longitudinal angle steel on the two sides of the frame beam is fixed, transverse angle steel is welded to the positions above the floor plate and below the frame beam, and after the transverse angle steel is welded, additional batten plates are welded between the second longitudinal angle steel and the first longitudinal angle steel of the frame beam, so that the whole steel-encased structure is connected into a whole; therefore, the concrete column is reinforced after crossing the floor layer. By adopting the method, the steel-encased reinforcing effect of the concrete column is effectively improved, and the engineering quality is improved.
