The invention discloses a fixed type lossless dismantling device and method for an old building masonry wall, and relates to the technical field of old building transformation wall dismantling. The problem that an existing old building masonry wall dismantling device and method cannot meet the requirements for dismantling efficiency and masonry brick recovery rate is solved. The supporting frame is a frame body formed by welding and connecting section steel which is arranged in a criss-cross mode; the bearing box body comprises a bottom plate, a pair of side baffles, a top baffle and a bottom supporting plate, the side baffles are perpendicularly and fixedly connected to the two sides of the bottom plate, the top baffle and the bottom supporting plate are perpendicularly and fixedly connected to the two ends of the bottom plate respectively, the bottom supporting plate is composed of a plurality of brackets arranged at intervals, and the distance between the brackets and the distance between every two adjacent brackets are equal to the width of masonry bricks. The method comprises the steps that the masonry wall is split into a plurality of wall body units, the fixed type lossless dismantling device is vertically arranged on the outer sides of the wall body units, the multiple brackets penetrate through gaps between every two adjacent masonry bricks at the bottoms of the wall body units, the wall body units and the bearing box body are fixed into a whole through the steel wire ropes, and the whole wall body units are dismantled and arranged in the bearing box body.
