Device and method for dismantling bearing wall of existing masonry structure
The invention discloses a device and method for dismantling a load bearing wall of an existing masonry structure, and relates to the technical field of civil construction, the device comprises stand columns, vertical supporting rods and horizontal connecting rods, and the stand columns are arranged in holes formed in the two sides of the load bearing wall to be dismantled; the multiple vertical supporting rods are arranged in holes formed in the top of the bearing wall to be dismantled, wedge blocks are arranged at the tops of the vertical supporting rods, and the wedge blocks are used for enabling loads of the upper wall to fall onto the stand columns and the vertical supporting rods; the horizontal connecting rods are connected between the stand columns and the vertical supporting rods and between the adjacent vertical supporting rods, so that the stand columns, the vertical supporting rods and the horizontal connecting rods form an overall stress truss system. Loads borne by the to-be-dismantled bearing wall are all transferred to be borne by the vertical supports, no newly-added loads exist on the surrounding wall bodies, and the safety of the non-dismantled wall bodies can be effectively guaranteed; the installation process is simple, and construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种既有砌体结构拆除承重墙的装置及方法,涉及土木建筑技术领域,包括立柱、竖向支撑杆、水平连接杆,立柱设于待拆除承重墙两侧开设的孔洞;多个竖向支撑杆设于待拆除承重墙顶部开设的孔洞中,并在竖向支撑杆顶部设置楔块,所述楔块用于使上部墙体荷载落至立柱和竖向支撑杆;水平连接杆连接于立柱与竖向支撑杆以及相邻竖向支撑杆之间,以使立柱、竖向支撑杆和水平连接杆构成整体受力桁架体系。本发明将待拆除承重墙承担的荷载均转移至竖向支撑承担,周围墙体不存在新增荷载,可有效保证未拆除墙体的安全;安装过程简单,提高施工效率。
