Fabricated lossless dismantling device and method for old building masonry wall
The invention discloses an assembly type lossless dismantling device and method for an old building masonry wall, and relates to the technical field of wall dismantling in old building transformation. The problem that an existing masonry wall dismantling method cannot meet the dismantling efficiency and the masonry brick recycling rate is solved. The device comprises a supporting frame and a bearing frame body which are connected through bolts, the supporting frame is a rectangular frame formed by connecting frame main beams and frame secondary beams which are arranged in a staggered mode, and the bearing frame body is a box body which is provided with an opening in the top and is composed of a plurality of double-blocking-head bottom plates, a plurality of single-blocking-head bottom plates and lateral fences on the two sides, and the double-blocking-head bottom plates and the single-blocking-head bottom plates are arranged at intervals. The blocking heads of the multiple double-blocking-head bottom plates can stretch into gaps formed after masonry bricks are removed at intervals of the wall body units. The method comprises the steps that the masonry bricks are dismantled at intervals along the division lines, the masonry wall is dismantled into a plurality of wall body units, the assembly type lossless dismantling device is arranged on the outer sides of the wall body units, the blocking heads at the bottoms of the double-blocking-head bottom plates penetrate through gaps between every two adjacent masonry bricks at the bottoms of the wall body units, and the wall body units are dismantled and arranged in the bearing frame body.
