Manufacturing method of large-section thin-wall special-shaped steel shell tower section
The invention discloses a large-section thin-wall special-shaped steel shell tower segment manufacturing method which comprises the following steps: firstly, dividing a segment into a plurality of blocks, then manufacturing constituent parts of the blocks, arranging a transverse base line, a longitudinal base line and assembly position lines of the blocks on an assembly platform, and fixing a supporting stand column and an inclined positioning bracket; performing angle positioning and fixing on the outer wall plate unit of the inclined straight wall block body through a positioning bracket; hoisting and fixing the outer wall plate units of the other straight wall block bodies, and adjusting the perpendicularity of the outer wall plate units through supporting upright posts; the inner wall plate units corresponding to all the outer wall plate units are hoisted and fixed and are adjusted and fixed through adjusting supporting rods, and then connecting angle steel between the inner wall plate units and the outer wall plate units is welded; sequentially hoisting and fixing the outer wall plate units and the inner wall plate units of the other vertical curved wall block bodies according to the same method, and welding the connecting angle steel between the inner wall plate units and the outer wall plate units; and finally, the blocks are welded to form the segments. The steel shell tower sections are divided into the block bodies which are easy to assemble, the manufacturing process is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种大断面薄壁异型钢壳塔节段制造方法,先将节段划分为若干块体,再制作各块体组成部分,在组装平台上设置橫基线、纵基线、各块体组装位置线,并固定支撑立柱和倾斜定位支架;通过定位支架将倾斜直壁块体的外壁板单元进行角度定位并固定;再吊装固定其余直壁块体的外壁板单元并通过支撑立柱调整其垂直度;再吊装固定上述所有外壁板单元对应的内壁板单元并通过调节撑杆调节固定,再焊接内外壁板单元之间的连接角钢;按照上述同样方法依次吊装固定其余竖直曲壁块体的外壁板单元和内壁板单元,并焊接内外壁板单元之间的连接角钢;最后焊接各块体之间的焊接,形成节段。将钢壳塔节段分割为易于组装的块体,简化制造工艺,提高生产效率。
