Manufacturing method of thin-wall steel shell tower
The invention provides a thin-wall steel shell tower manufacturing method which comprises the steps that according to the size of a required steel shell tower, the steel shell tower is divided into a plurality of sections in the height direction of the steel shell tower, and each section is equally divided into four blocks in the length direction and the width direction of the steel shell tower; a plurality of prefabricated parts are prepared corresponding to any block body, each block body is formed by assembling the corresponding prefabricated parts in a factory, and each prefabricated part comprises an outer wall plate unit, an inner wall plate unit and connecting angle steel connected between the outer wall plate unit and the inner wall plate unit; the block bodies assembled and spliced in the factory are transported to a bridge site, and the corresponding segments are assembled and welded at the bridge site; and the multiple segments installed and welded at the bridge site are sequentially and integrally hoisted and installed, so that manufacturing of the thin-wall steel shell tower is achieved. The construction method has the beneficial effect that the construction efficiency of the thin-wall steel shell tower is improved.
本发明提供了一种薄壁钢壳塔制造方法,包括根据所需钢壳塔的尺寸,沿所述钢壳塔的高度方向将所述钢壳塔分成多个节段,并沿所述钢壳塔的长度方向和宽度方向将每个所述节段均分成四个块体;对应于任一所述块体分别制备多个预制件,每个所述块体分别由对应的多个所述预制件在厂内组拼制成,其中,所述预制件包括外壁板板单元、内壁板板单元、以及连接在所述外壁板板单元和所述内壁板板单元之间的连接角钢;将厂内组拼制成的所述块体运输至桥址,并于所述桥址处组焊成对应的所述节段;将多个于所述桥址处组焊成的所述节段依次整体吊装安装,以实现薄壁钢壳塔制造。有益效果为:提高薄壁钢壳塔的施工效率。
