Metal-based silicon nitride composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a metal-based silicon nitride composite material. The metal-based silicon nitride composite material comprises metal silicon powder, ferro-silicon nitride particles and an adhesive, and is formed by spray molding and sintering. The invention relates to a preparation method of a metal-based silicon nitride composite material, which comprises the following steps of: 1, presintering: putting iron oxide particles into metal silicon powder in a molten state, and carrying out chemical reaction on the iron oxide particles and the metal silicon powder in a high-temperature environment to strengthen a phase; 2, putting the solid-phase powder obtained in the step 1 and absolute ethyl alcohol into a nylon spherical tank, and carrying out wet ball milling for 6 hours by utilizing a polyurethane ball with the diameter of 1cm; the metal-based silicon nitride composite material and the preparation method thereof are disclosed. According to the metal-based silicon nitride composite material and the preparation method thereof, the fusion degree of direct reaction of the raw materials is ensured by setting the spray granulation process, new spray equipment is added in the whole steps, the whole process is relatively simple to operate, the utilization rate of the raw materials is high, and the hardness of the prepared composite material is higher than that of the prior art; and the iron element accounts for 30% or above.
