Composite-morphology silicon nitride/polymer composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of nitride ceramics and heat-conducting composite materials thereof, and discloses a composite-morphology silicon nitride/polymer composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a silicon source, a solid nitrogen source, a sintering aid and a dispersing agent in a solvent to obtain a silicon-containing suspension; adding a foaming agent into a solvent to prepare a foaming solution, then pouring the foaming solution into the silicon-containing turbid liquid, stirring and foaming, and then standing and drying in air to obtain a silicon-containing raw material powder framework; the obtained silicon-containing raw material powder skeleton is subjected to in-situ nitridation reaction sintering under the nitrogen-containing atmosphere condition, and a composite-morphology silicon nitride skeleton is obtained; and finally, carrying out vacuum infiltration and curing treatment on the obtained composite-morphology silicon nitride framework by adopting resin infiltration liquid to obtain the composite-morphology silicon nitride/polymer composite material. The composite-morphology silicon nitride/polymer composite material obtained by the invention has excellent heat-conducting property and good mechanical property.
本发明属于氮化物陶瓷及其导热复合材料技术领域,公开了一种复合形貌氮化硅/聚合物复合材料及其制备方法。所述制备方法为:将硅源、固体氮源、烧结助剂及分散剂在溶剂中混匀,得到含硅悬浊液;将发泡剂加入到溶剂中配制发泡液,然后将发泡液倒入含硅悬浊液中搅拌发泡,再在空气中静置干燥,得到含硅原料粉体骨架;将所得含硅原料粉体骨架在含氮气氛条件下进行原位氮化反应烧结,得到复合形貌氮化硅骨架;最后采用树脂浸渗液对所得复合形貌氮化硅骨架进行真空浸渗和固化处理,得到复合形貌氮化硅/聚合物复合材料。本发明所得复合形貌氮化硅/聚合物复合材料具有优良的导热性能和良好的力学性能。
