The embodiment of the invention provides a double-block type ballastless track retesting method and a system. The method comprises the following steps: adjusting a retesting frame in a to-be-retestedarea of a ballastless track; setting parameters such as curve elements, a roadbed slab and a sleeper number of a data acquisition terminal, measuring a prism center of a retesting frame by using a total station so as to acquire the actual three-dimensional coordinates of any sleeper to be measured and the deviation value of the sleeper, sending deviation data and alarm information to an information management platform. The retesting system is composed of a total station, a retesting frame, a data acquisition terminal and an information management platform, sleeper deviation data can be analyzed, and construction quality problems can be found. The method and system can reflect the construction precision of the double-block ballastless track, can complete the full coverage of the construction precision inspection of the ballastless track, are high in operability and efficiency, can solve a problem of the great quality of ballast bed construction after the long track is laid, and improvethe digitalization, informatization and lean management level of track construction.
本发明实施例提供一种双块式无砟轨道复测方法及系统,该方法包括:在无砟轨道待复测区域对复测标架进行调校,并对数据采集终端的曲线要素、道床板及轨枕编号等参数设定,利用全站仪对所述复测标架的棱镜中心进行测量,以获取所述任一待测轨枕的实际三维坐标和轨枕的偏差值,并向信息管理平台发送偏差数据和警报信息。复测系统由全站仪、复测标架、数据采集终端和信息管理平台组成,可分析轨枕偏差数据,发现施工质量问题。该复测方法及系统可反映双块式无砟轨道施工精度,可完成无砟轨道施工精度检查的全覆盖,且可操作性强,效率高,规避了长轨铺设后的道床施工重大质量问题,提高了轨道施工数字化、信息化和精益化管理水平。
