The invention discloses a BIM (Building Information Modeling)-assisted construction method for occlusive piles with reinforced piles and non-reinforced piles, drilling occlusive piles are subjected to hole forming by adopting a rotary drilling machine, a hard cutting process is adopted, hole jumping construction is divided into I-sequence piles and II-sequence piles, the I-sequence piles are non-reinforced piles, the II-sequence piles are reinforced piles, the I-sequence piles and the II-sequence piles are arranged at intervals, during construction, the I-sequence piles are firstly constructed, then the II-sequence piles are constructed, and the BIM-assisted construction method for the occlusive piles with the reinforced piles and the non-reinforced piles is adopted. After concrete of the I-sequence piles is finally set, the II-sequence piles start to be constructed, and when the II-sequence piles are constructed, part of concrete of the adjacent I-sequence piles is cut off through the rotary drilling rig, so that the I-sequence piles and the II-sequence piles which are sequentially constructed are meshed with each other and jointly stressed to form a seamless continuous pile wall.
