The invention discloses a secant pile directional grouting structure and a secant pile directional grouting soil body reinforcing method, the secant pile directional grouting structure comprises guide walls, a sleeve, a positioning assembly and a grouting pipe, a plurality of arc-shaped grooves distributed in the length direction of the guide walls are formed in the sides, directly facing each other, of the two guide walls, and the arc-shaped grooves directly facing each other jointly form a guide hole; the sleeve is inserted into the soil body along the axis direction of the guide hole; sliding grooves are formed in the opposite sides of the two guide walls. The positioning assembly comprises a moving frame, a plurality of limiting pieces and a plurality of telescopic driving pieces, the two sides of the moving frame are slidably connected to the two sliding grooves correspondingly, and the telescopic driving pieces drive the corresponding limiting pieces to abut against the peripheral wall of the sleeve; in the grouting construction process of the secant pile, the grouting pipe extends into the sleeve along the axis of the sleeve, and the grouting pipe is used for guiding concrete into a soil body. The method has the effect of improving the construction efficiency of the secant pile.
